Rachel and Samuel, Samuel and Rachel: Congratulations, friends!

Samuel and Rachel, we are all so happy for you! The fun elements you chose to use and the gravity with which you approached this important and joyful day was lovely and meaningful. God bless you in your life’s journey!

Front row: Baby Dang, Kristen Dang, Kami Melton, Melissa Marsh (with Marshwiggle), Tess Curtis, Annora Melton
Below: Chelsey, my fellow musician/jam session freighbor from whom I can always borrow random cooking ingredients (also, she’s from Idaho–so, extra buddy points!)

Above: Hannah Brown, a thinker of deep thoughts and student of character and human nature (she has a great blog you should follow called Christ Entire–click and follow it now and you won’t be sorry)
Below: Tess C., a dear soul of big heart, wit, and wisdom (she is heading to Japan for the summer just before we fly to Poland)

Above: Tess S., a lovely lady of great humor and depth of understanding (she’s been working on a story which sparks some rather interesting discussions at Inklings, and has been stepping up in leadership roles)
Below: Daniel, a good man and pray-er (he has particular insight into the human condition and human experience, and as such he has the innate ability to get folks to empathize with his written characters–this guy is going to be published one day)

Above: Josiah, a clever young man with random streaks of sarcasm and a way of looking at the big picture that keeps him (and others) grounded

After the wedding, Brian, Annora, and I had to get going. We prayed a blessing over our house as we cried many tears and left it for the last time.

Now it’s time to drive to GA to visit family before driving to Baltimore to fly to Poland.

Georgia, here we come!
