These people, y’all. Margaret, David and Nancy–they raised us and still teach us and love us. On top of everything else, they are all being very supportive in our move to Poland (even though none of us want to be that far away). In the middle of the excitement, our hearts are breaking a little. Yes, we will still visit, and so will they. But this “see ya later” seems bigger somehow.
Another development: Brian’s sick. Went to the doctor. It’s an infection. Antibiotics. Yuck. Poor guy! Hopefully he’ll start feeling better in a couple days, before we fly.
My parents came to Georgia Saturday morning and flew back to California Sunday evening.
